1. About KlaviyoDirectory

KlaviyoDirectory is a curated online directory operated by ONBOARD SUCCESS OÜ, an Estonian OÜ. The directory lists verified Klaviyo agencies, freelancers, and email marketing experts. Listings are available on both a free and a paid featured basis.

By accessing or using KlaviyoDirectory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Listing Tiers

We offer two listing tiers:

• Free listing: Standard placement in the directory, subject to review and approval. No charge.
• Featured listing: Top placement, a featured badge, and priority visibility across the directory. Priced at $39 per month, billed monthly via Stripe.

3. Payment & Billing

Featured listing subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By selecting a featured listing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All prices are in USD and exclusive of any applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your featured listing subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — your listing will remain featured until that date. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. After cancellation, your listing will revert to free status or be removed, at our discretion.

5. Listing Content

By submitting a listing, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have the right to publish it. We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing at any time, without notice, for any reason — including but not limited to inaccurate information, inappropriate content, or violation of these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your listing information up to date. We may reach out via the email provided to verify or update details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use KlaviyoDirectory to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Impersonate any person or organisation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
• Scrape or harvest data from the site without prior written consent.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the service or other users.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on KlaviyoDirectory — including design, copy, and compilation of listings — is the property of ONBOARD SUCCESS OÜ unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

By submitting a listing, you grant ONBOARD SUCCESS OÜ a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and reproduce your submitted content within the KlaviyoDirectory service.

8. Limitation of Liability

KlaviyoDirectory is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ONBOARD SUCCESS OÜ disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Third-Party Links

The directory links to external websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Listing a business does not constitute an endorsement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.
